behavior change through sport
Gabby Gauruder has been playing soccer her entire life. Gabby played for MSU as an All-American, Big Ten athlete, posting the 2nd best save percentage in the Big Ten and with 5 shutouts. She majored in special education and pursed a degree in applied behavior analysis. Gabby is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is driven by a passion to educate using the science of behavior. As a BCBA, Gabby is on the cutting edge using behavioral science to teach sports to children with autism. She is currently playing for Detroit Soccer Club.
As a BCBA, Gabby works with children with autism, using applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. She is also a Director for an innovative ABA school transition program, helping kids with autism successfully transition into school.
